Head of Operations Europe Resolution Life

Karen Schulz-Kiske is Head of Operations, Europe, at the Resolution Group, and responsible for all operational matters for run-off life books and reinsurance treaties in Europe, including the United Kingdom. Karen has more than 15 years of industry experience and led numerous transformations in the insurance industry towards a captive shared service model. Her main focus lies on right sizing the organization including “right-costing” and managing the change for managers and employees. Current projects include activities in the main mature European insurance markets and support on oversea matters.
