Hendrik Boehmer has 20+ years experience in Human Resources coming from his roles as HR generalist and HR business partner for head office, production locations, and field service organizations. Furthermore he held roles in Industrial relations as well as in captive and outsourced HR Shared Services. His main areas of expertise are: * HR Shared Services * Management of external HR service providers * Organizational and human resources development / Change Management * Restructuring / Industrial Relations * International work in a group environment Hendrik´s current role is HR Services Lead for the Unilever D-A-CH region. Furthermore he is a certified systemic coach working mainly in the area of business coaching.
