Andreas Biehler

Director Finance Transformation Redwood Systems

With over 20 years of professional experience in back-office transformation consulting, Andreas has acquired deep functional, process redesign and IT skills. He now uses this knowledge and experience to specialise in the automation of the end-to-end back-office process automation.

Andreas started his career at Accenture, where he worked his way up to Managing Director across Germany, the USA and Australia but also worked as a free-lance consultant. He focused on transformation programmes for large German and international clients such as Deutsche Telekom, Siemens Pfizer and Telstra. He has reengineered back-office processes and optimised them through the implementation of shared service canters and ERP systems. In addition to his vast project experience he has also operational experience as head of accounting.
